1. Refund Eligibility
- Machinery must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and purchase invoice.
- Eligible refund cases include:
- Defective due to manufacturing fault
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly delivered product
- Note: We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition before processing refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Used, installed, or tampered machinery
- Customized or made-to-order equipment
- Returns requested after 7 days
- Damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper use or lack of maintenance
- Unauthorized repair or modification
3. Return & Refund Process

- Include order number and defect/damage photos or video.
- We will guide you through return shipping or pickup arrangements.
- After inspection:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Warranty Terms
- Standard warranty: 6 or 12 months (as specified on product page).
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
- Replacement parts under warranty are free, but shipping/service may apply.
5. Installation Damage
- We are not responsible for damage during customer-handled installation.
- If installed by our authorized technician, any damage will be covered.
6. Bulk Orders
- Bulk orders (3+ units) are non-refundable except for confirmed defects or wrong dispatch.
- Report damaged units within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.
- Replacement or credit note may be offered after inspection.
